Connect your store's Instagram

You'll sign in with Facebook and choose the Page and Instagram account you want to connect. It takes less than a minute.

Before you start, check that:

• Your Instagram is a professional account (Business or Creator).
• It is linked to a Facebook Page.
• You have direct full-control access to that Page (not only through Business Manager).
• On Instagram: Settings › Messages › Connected tools › Allow access to messages is on.

We only use this access to reply to comments and messages on your account. You can remove the connection at any time in your Facebook settings.
